In all seriousness, though: I wish it wasn't such a strict choice. It doesn't seem right that in order to join a guild, you have to fully give up the place you grew up. Wouldn't things be easier if Zaphias allowed guildmembers to enter, for example?

i guess it appeals to me because its like the knights, but you make your own rules. or, your guild makes it rules, and you can choose if you want to be in that guild and you want to follow them
with the knights, its either youre in or not with the guilds there are tens of them, maybe a hundred there has to be one for me

It would be a kind world if that was the only rule that was needed. I think there's too much debate about what "be good" means. Laws can't be general that way.
