Yuri Lowell is tall and lean, usually seen wearing black with his shirt open to his navel. He favors a sword, which he carries on his wrist instead of on a belt. He has long black hair, usually worn down, and wearing a chunky gold bracelet with a red gem inset in it.

Yuri is a laidback person, whose life philosophy strays toward live and let live, as long as you aren't hurting others. If he sees someone in danger, or being abused by someone, he doesn't hesitate to step in, willing to put his life on the line in the name of fairness.

IN FOLKMORE

In Folkmore, Yuri's a familiar who is able to transform into a black house cat with ease, and other varieties of cat with a little more effort. In his human form, he retains black cat ears and a cat tail.

Through his soulmate bond with Flynn, his eyes are a blueish-grey.

ABILITIES

Yuri can transform into a black cat with ease, and other catlike creatures, such as any big cats, a catfish, or a catbird.

ARMED COMBAT

Yuri is highly proficient with a sword and an axe. He is an incredibly skilled swordsman who can compete at a high level. He's also dextrous, and uses his speed and jumping ability to his advantage. He's left-handed, and wields his weapon in his left hand, saving his right for punching.

ARTES

Using his bodhi blastia, Yuri can perform a variety of combat artes, or enhanced sword or axe moves. These look a lot like magic, but Yuri staunchly believe that he is terrible at magic.

UNARMED COMBAT

Yuri isn't above hand-to-hand combat, and will throw a punch without much provocation. He'll also throw punches and kicks when when using his sword or axe.
